Adexen Recruitment Agency is looking to recruit a finance manager for Central African Republic. Our client is a lottery and sports betting operator with divisions across Africa and beyond. The company is globally recognised as a start-up specialist and is currently expanding its gaming operations into emerging markets. The key responsibility of the finance manager is to effectively administer the finances of this division. The main responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the following: • Leading the Finance Department – managing accountants and cashiers. • Reconciliation of daily money transfers and finance reports. • Budget planning and cash-flow management. • Management of active debts – credit control. • Management of trade accounts payable – budget control. • Payroll and personnel records management – time / attendance control. • Tax, Licence, Import and Inventory administration. • Reconciliation of year-end accounts – with auditors. • Continuous Liaison with Operations-, IT- and Commercial Management.
